Very courteous, professional in appearance and workmanship. Owner followed up with a phone call and even came by to check on the work. They also found a small section of flashing missing on the roof edge and installed a piece at no charge. The "Leaf Relief" leaf protection system that they use seems to be the best of the multitude of such products available and at a very reasonable price compared to many such as "Gutter Helmut" and "Leafguard" systems. This is based on pretty extensive research I did online about the "Leaf Relief" system.

From start to finish I felt I was in good hands. The assessment of what I needed on the initial walk thru was explained in great detail. There were several options offered to me that were not offered by several other companies that bided on my job. What was offered (i.e. a diverter in one area, a valley shield in another) made very good sense and I was amazed that the other companies did not offer the same until asked. Not one of the other companies told me that these options were unnecessary... but they did not bring up until I did. I would/ have recommended A+ to anybody that asks.
