Need New Gutters in North or South Carolina?

We contracted David Wasserman and his company A+Plus Contracting to install new gutters on our 1986 brick ranch. After obtaining a few other quotes I'll tell you why we chose David and his company.

He is beyond thorough in his explanation of the material, installation, etc. He refused to quote me for any damage behind the gutters until they were removed so the entirety of the damage was visible. The other companies saw a few spots, threw in $150 for damages and said for every other spot, about $75. I'd rather have someone be upfront and tell me they had no idea of what the damages are and find out what they truly are once everything is taken down. David also emphasized that he used quality products that he could stand behind with his warranty. The other companies provided very vague quotes and no specifics on materials. David Lovelace, his Gutter Products Specialist came out evaluated the job, answered all my questions and left me leaving confident we'd go with their company.

So how did the job go? A crew showed up and took down our old gutters. Unfortunately, we had considerable damage that had to be repaired so we were very confident we made the right decision and moved forward with doing things right (something David W is very conscientious of). We ended up installing a color that we would have never chosen but listened to David's advice and even looked at a few other homes he sent us to so we could determine if we'd like the final result. OH YES, WE DID! Our home looks beautiful and looks like it had a major facelift!

To summarize, excellent communication, excellent crew, excellent product! David Wasserman stands by his work, his crew's and his product. He always let us know timelines, showed up several times himself to evaluate the work and didn't just take the job and move onto the next one. David takes pride in the work he does and cares about leaving the customer feeling like they made the best decision to contract his company to do the job. Let's face it, this kind of work isn't a few hundred dollars. If you're investing into your home, invest into the right company to do it. Don't just look for the cheapest quote because you won't walk away with the best job.

I hired A plus contracting for the replacement and installation of seamless gutters. They provided me with a timely quote that was the most reasonable amongst others and they were timely in responding to my questions. On the day of the work the owner and the estimator came out and gave me a suggestion on how to get the most out of my gutters.

I can't speak highly enough about this company. David came out to our property to determine the issues with our gutters and made a recommendation that was perfect for our home. He was prompt, professional and courteous and, unlike others I contacted, backs up his work with a 5 year labor warranty.

I contracted with David Wasserman /A+ Plus Contracting to correct a problem with our gutter system. The way the gutters were designed and installed on my house when I bought it was not adequate to drain correctly, and during heavy rain storms run-off overran the gutters and splashed down on my front porch and patio.

David diagnosed the problem, involving rerouting one gutter, and installing larger size gutters and downspouts in the areas needed and correcting the problem. The work was done correctly, on time and at a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more.

I have worked with a ton of contractors. Tried to work with just as many, and never had as good an experience woking with David and his team. The quoting process was simple and honest. Scheduling easy and they stuck with and exceeded their promised schedule. They almost over communicated which in a situation like this is more than welcome. I know exactly what was going on when and never had any concerns or no-shows or delays or even the dreaded 'oh by the way' you get from just about every contractor. That being said they have my highest recommendation and performed the work at the top level of quality. We had quotes more than double his cost and I and comfortable to say I am sure he outperformed all the competition.

David was communicative throughout the whole process and started my gutters after about a week of working days.
